<p><a href="http://www.radiostorytime.com/category/health-care/frostbite/">Frostbite </a> is however an acute cold injury. General frostbite usually results from the sleep outdoors in minus degrees. There arises consciousness, and there is no question about skin care without immediate hospitalization. What you can treat yourself is the case of local frostbite, ie isolated body parts &#8211; fingers, toes, nose, ears, chin, cheeks &#8211; which have been cooled sufficiently strong to frozen liquids. Like burns, they are divided into degrees.<br />
1) <strong>Easy local frost damage</strong>: The <a href="http://www.radiostorytime.com/?s=blood+vessels">blood vessels</a> to constrict and the skin becomes white in spots or larger areas. First, the area becomes stiffly, knitting needles and painful, but after a while lost touch and it does not hurt or feel cold.<span id="more-386"></span><br />
2) <strong>Deeper local frost damage</strong>: Inflammation may cause wounds and blood-filled blisters which resemble burns. The skin swells and becomes red, hard and brittle and make very painful and it can be formed purple frost lumps.<br />
3)<strong> Severe local frost damage</strong>: Fire resulting in sores and blisters, the limb becomes gray and then black, die and fall off. This helps no external funding, but only surgery.</p>
<p><strong>Prevent</strong><br />
Blood-rich areas such as nose, ears and cheeks are particularly easy. Insulate your skin with fat:<br />
•<strong> The night before a chilly turn</strong>: Lubricate the skin with greasy ointment.<br />
• <strong>In the morning</strong>: Repeat. Do not wash your face with soap and water and do not take on moisturizer or lotion; moisture left town and freezes.<br />
• <strong>Once outside</strong>: Wear hat &#8211; if your head is cold you can feel fraudulent warm for the rest of the body. Keep track of each other &#8211; were aware of the white spots.<br />

<p><strong>Low temperatures cause burns</strong> or <a href="http://www.radiostorytime.com/category/skin-care/" target="_blank">skin injuries</a>, like heat and especially in distal parts such as feet, hands, nose or ears.</p>
<p>If there are freezing you should do the following:</p>
<p># Remove the person from the place.<br />
# Loosen clothing for easy movement.<br />
# If your feet are frozen, do not let him walk.<br />
# Raise temperature gradually lesion sites, using for this warm water (36 º C to 37 º C), taking care not to apply direct heat on the frozen part. Let soak the area until the area re-heated.<br />
# To warm the ears and nose cover with his hands.<br />
# If conscious give hot sweet drinks.<br />
# Do not give alcoholic beverages.<br />
