Bacteria are some old acquaintances of our planet and have been responsible for the vast majority of infectious diseases of mankind. After years of research has found what appeared to be able to end its presence. A problem that has already gained under the name of ‘antibiotic resistance’ and that our country has found the perfect place to be known.

When you take antibiotics REMEMBER …

1. To be effective is very important to respect the schedule of shots and after therapy.
2. There are different ways to take them before, during or after meals. Ask your pharmacist about the best way.
3. When taking an antibiotic eat at least one yogurt a day to prevent the beneficial bacterial flora disappears.
4. Pregnant or nursing mothers should not ever take them without consulting your doctor.
5. Some may cause discomfort such as diarrhea. Still, do not stop medication without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
6. Although it is always best treatment must end. Otherwise, bacteria can build resistance to the antibiotic or the like.
7. The resistance created by bacteria not only affect the person taking the antibiotic, but to everyone else.
8. In the flu, colds, sore throats, coughs and fevers, antibiotics are not effective. If you take antibiotics when you need it may be that in the future when you have an infectious disease, they are not effective.
9. Do not store antibiotics in the medicine cabinet, because they accumulate favors self-medication. Antibiotics expire, are available to children and may be confused with other medicines.
