How Many Times Should I Sleep?

Sleeping less than six hours daily is not recommended, excessive sleeping hours could cause serious problems in both cases can be a cause of major diseases and in individual cases even death.
In an adult to sleep six hours a day consistently is ideal, even 5 if it is intense and continuous, with ideal temperature and without noise. Lack of sleep, insomnia or anxiety, is more full-time workers and intensive, all this decline in sleep caused by social pace, does nothing but harm mental health slowly and shows according to surveys the relationship between lack of sleep and rest, with disease and premature death.
