Many parents are wondering if the baby understands what you are told before they start talking. Others simply think that babies do not understand and say many things, sometimes delicate, in his presence.

The French psychoanalyst Françoise Dolto argues that the baby goes from before acquiring language, thinks he understands the language of their parents and those who love him, even if another language. It will be good to use baby powder?

 baby powderOpinions differ concerning the benefits of applying powder to infants.
* Midwives say the powder is good to avoid scalds (scratches) and keep the baby cool.
* Pediatricians say no because if inhaled can intoxicate the baby and if it comes into contact irritates eyes.
* Dermatologists also say not good because then clog the pores of the skin to breathe naturally avoided.
* The manufacturers for their part, say the main function is to keep the baby powder dry, fresh and fragrant.

Actually it all depends on baby’s skin, some babies will do them no harm and will act to keep it dry, fresh and fragrant, but also some babies have sensitive skin and some of them have any adverse reactions to the powder.

It is best to try and see if the powder is beneficial to the skin of your baby if you experience an allergic reaction, stop using talc immediately. If you want to try using talcum powder or already being used, consider the following recommendations:

* Always check the expiration date.
* Prefer the powders that have no scent or have a mild fragrance.
* Prefer the liquid powders, which are a lotion in contact with the environment when applied becomes dust, play a role moisturizer and it also prevents the risk of being inhaled by the baby or irritate the eyes.
* If you use talcum powder does not apply directly to baby’s skin, but pour it to be used in their hand and then apply to baby’s skin, preventing the container and shake the cloud of talcum
