Our usual diet and lifestyle have a major impact on total body wellness. Poor dietary habits, a diet high in sugar, alcohol, nicotine, caffeine and rob the body of essential nutrients like vitamin C and B.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s healthy to <a href="http://www.radiostorytime.com/?s=balanced+diet"><strong>eat a balanced diet </strong></a>containing <strong>fresh vegetables and fruits </strong>and <strong>plenty of water</strong>.
