What points should be considered?
1. Drink plenty of water: Make sure to get enough water, cleanses the skin, eliminates toxins and keeps you skin hydrated from within. If you have trouble drinking water and like the tea or fresh juice is another option.
2. Taking lots of fiber: Constipation is caused by skin on skin problems, we must avoid constipation by taking plenty of vegetables, fruit and grain products.
3. Do not abuse fat: It is important that you include fat in your diet but not enough to abuse them, making olive oil, corn or sunflower oil contains vitamin E also very beneficial for the skin.

Vitamins is Very Important for Skin Care Beauty
Vitamins are essential for health and wellness of body and beauty. The important role of vitamins has been widely recognized by the cosmetic and skin care. This can be seen in the increasing popularity of products containing vitamins.
The word vitamin is derived from the Latin “vita” meaning life” and “amin” which means organic composition. There are thirteen vitamins clustered in one or two different categories: lipophilic or fat soluble and hidrofilitas, soluble in water. Fat-soluble vitamins include vitamin A, D, E, K. Water soluble vitamins are: B1, B2, B6, B12, panthenol, C, biotin, folate, and niacin.
L as vitamins are found naturally in plants and animals. Vitamins are essential for normal body functioning. With few exceptions the body can not produce or synthesize vitamins. To obtain these vital nutrients the body needs external sources in the form of vitamins.
